Sarah Barton (she/her)

RMT/Clinic Director

After many years of massage practice working in multidisciplinary and home based practices, I decided 2013 was the year to open a clinic specializing in Massage Therapy – a true passion of mine.

A 2005 graduate of Centennial College’s 3 year advanced Massage Therapy Diploma program, I have focused my treatments on pre/post natal massage, injury management and rehabilitation, deep tissue and myofascial release & general maintenance of soft tissues.  I believe in personalized treatment planning in order for you to receive the most individualized and focused care.

Carrying tension and pain in your soft tissues can have a negative effect on the health of your organs and general well being. Breathing changes, the body tenses and so digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular and lymphatic systems are under duress.  Let’s face it- having tight muscles and soft tissue injuries (ligament, tendon, fascial) can be a real drag. Sleep might be interrupted, emotional and mental health change and that general feeling of well-being can seem out of reach.

Start the rehabilitation process right inside the clinic door. Ask all the questions you want. That’s why we’re here. We love what we do and we’re passionate about education and communication. There’s a lot going on under your skin and we’re hoping to better your understanding of how muscles work and what they need to be healthy.

 Sarah’s availability:  Mon/Wed/Fri- 8:30-3:30, Thurs: 8:30-11:00,
